HELPFUL TIPS FOR OFFICE AND HOME

• Re-print all used office and home laser printer paper. Turn it over and print the other side (works in most fax and copy machines too!)
• Send invoices electronically when possible, and reduce the need for printed invoices, letterhead, etc.
• Unplug all appliances and office equipment when not in use. Equipment that is turned off but plugged in actually still “sucks” energy.
• Have an energy audit performed on your home or office. Find out where you can save green by going more green.
• Safely recycle old equipment and appliances. Almost all electronic equipment contains hazardous material that can leach into groundwater from landfills.
