RECENT GREEN NEWS

It’s been a great year for speaking and networking. During the month of July alone Linda spoke three times. The first speaking engagement was on July 16 to the Legal Marketing Association, Atlanta City Chapter. “10 Common Communications Mistakes That Can Damage or Destroy Your Business” was very well received by the attendees. Linda will be presenting this program with Donna again, to the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce on October 8.

On July 20 and July 28, Linda addressed two different audiences on the subject of Green Marketing. She served as the moderator for the first program, organized by the Green Chamber of the South. Three panelists discussed many aspects of marketing, branding, social media and marketing and how those apply to green businesses. The second panel was presented July 28 to the Atlanta Marketer’s Forum and addressed marketing professionals specifically on how to help their clients be more green and market more green. Both programs were well-attended and generated great positive feedback.

On September 30, Linda spoke to an enthusiastic audience at the Conserve Georgia's Natural Leaders Awards and Conference. She served on a panel with Nancy Rogers of the Green Earth PR Network, with Mary Talukder of the Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia as moderator. The focus of the panel was Green Marketing for Business and Avoiding Greenwashing.
