THE CHALLENGE: Give a 20-year old successful roofing company the image and marketing materials to make them even more successful. Losing revenues to competitors with stronger marketing tools, the president asked us to take their track record and create visible credibility with the materials that would also educate his customers.
OUR SOLUTION: Our writer, Georgia Dzurica, developed a tag line for use on KTM’s materials: “Raising Roofing Standards since 1984.” This gave our client instant credibility. We improved his logo and developed an identity package, a full color brochure and a custom pocket folder. The folder is designed to hold the brochure (with project photos and testimonial quotes), cover letters, referral letters, roofing shingle samples and a “Roofing Tips” consumer education sheet. And the website extends the KTM brand perfectly, while being informative as well.
THE OUTSTANDING RESULTS: Since our client began using his new materials, his success rate has gone from about 55% to almost 95%.
