The most recent book in which Design That Works is featured is “Stories That Sell”. This book is a very well-written "how-to" that illustrates step-by-step ways to build your business by leveraging customer testimonials. Linda was extensively interviewed by the author, Casey Hibbard, and her own successes with using her clients' "rave reviews" is detailed here, along with some of the types of tools she uses to promote effective usage of testimonials.
